I have been a personal trainer since 2007. My love of fitness came to me at an early age because of my own struggles with weight. My philosophy about working out and overall great health is that it should be fun, educational and leave the client independent. My clients, once they have met their goals, should be able to continue their growth and exercise program with the knowledge that I have taught them. Well-being encompasses more than just a diet plan or weight loss. I strive to include all functions of good health, from eating right, working out, maintaining motivation and focusing on the mind. Anyone can be fit and create a better life for themselves. I encourage my clients to let what they learn bleed over into their loved one’s lives, co-worker’s lives, and be a role model for the students they teach. I try to create a fun, no-judgment, honest and encouraging environment.

We will do cardio and strength incorporated into intervals, which is fun and fast paced. You will leave feeling worked, refreshed and motivated.
