Hi, my name is Michael. When you are better you'll know it, because I have a system that keeps people motivated by showing them their success every step of the way. That in combination with my passion for helping people and my contagious enthusiasm for all things health and fitness has brought ALL of my clients something I seek to bring them above all else, RESULTS.

I like to start with a new warm up every day to keep things fresh. Then we learn and practice the work out of the day. Once you understand my workout circuit the timer starts and we begin! I then write down your weights, reps, modifications and time. We then have a "wellness session" where we determine what your biggest current health issues might be. Once we determine your wellness needs I issue "wellness tasks" for you to complete. Finally we stretch and I text you fitness homework that you must complete and record the results before our next session so I can writes down those results too!
It was quite the struggle for Crystal. When she started with me she was obese, when we were done she was at a normal BMI. It wasn't easy though, many life circumstances hit her along the way. Family issues, multiple injuries (not from me, haha!), work problems and boy problems. You name it she had it as an excuse! But we made it though all of it and now she happier, healthier, and more confident then she's ever been in her whole life!
