Hi, my name is Michael. I have a true passion for Muay Thai and the fitness industry. I have over 10 years experience in Muay Thai and personal training. I've learned from the best to be the best at what I do. I love teaching and training clients to achieve their goals.
A typical training session will consist of a warm up of light cardio and body weigh exercises and stretching. Shadow boxing or technique movement and then some pad work or heavy bag work. Light weights may be used s well followed by a cool down.
Coach Mike is highly knowledgeable, motivating, and overall a pleasure to work with. He's helped bring my physical fitness to a level where I can actually compete at my age in muay thai!
