My journey of fitness began more than 10 years ago when I lost more than 100 lbs! After losing the weight, I chose to not only make fitness a major part of my life, but to make it my career as well. I have spent the past 10 years learning as much as I can about fitness and how to help others achieve their goals. I have studied numerous fitness domains, such as bodybuilding, endurance training, Olympic weightlifting, Crossfit and even Kung Fu. My certifications include Crossfit, personal training and martial arts. My diverse experience has allowed me to train begginers , advanced and even competitive athletes. In addition to helping my clients, I am also a competitive crossfiter. I recently took first place at the 2014 Lumber Games in Newtown Square, PA

Clients can expect a very personal one-on-one approach. Clients will have personalized programming based on their specific needs. I provide my clients with all the tools neccessary to not only reach their goals, but have an awesome time doing so. Training can be done at my facility or in a client's home
