Thank you for considering me as your trainer! I have only been a CPT for a short time, but fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine. I played center half in soccer (outdoor and indoor) most of my young life starting at three years of age. I would have to say that soccer is responsible for igniting that spark inside of me. During and after college, I found it more feasible to hit the gym daily versus joining multiple adult soccer leagues. I never looked back. I became interested in nutrition as my love for strength and endurance grew. My passion has now become helping other people to be the best and healthiest version of themselves. I hope that I can inspire you as I have been inspired by living a healthy lifestyle!

What to Expect

I like to start a session with the clients specific goals in mind. Each session will have a short-term goal, which will get you one step closer to your long-term goal. I typically begin a session with a short conversation about how you are feeling and what your day's interests are. The fitness will usually begin with a warm-up cardio workout, followed by some resistance training which will focus on target goals. I like to push heavy cardio at the end of a session. The cool-down and stretching will be followed by devising a plan for in between sessions. This plan includes nutritional goals for the week, as well as exercises that we learned together being continued while we are apart. Obviously, each individual has different needs and goals, which can cause my plan to vary greatly. It's really all about each individual client!

I would have to say that I am quite proud to have converted my best friend to a healthier way of eating. Being serious about my nutritional needs has become contagious to those around me. I feel better when my diet consists of nutrients that I can convert into energy to use at the gym. I am so proud of my friend. Now we are able to workout and eat right together, and she keeps me as focused as I keep her!
