Hi, my name is Meagan. I am committed to helping any individual who wants change their lifestyle to become healthier, more mobile, more flexible, stronger, and leaner. I have a masters degree in exercise science with concentrations in performance enhancement and injury prevention. I am able to work with and age demographic in designing a program that is tailored to the goals of that individual. I have a background in competition prep and as well as designing meal plans that are optimum for a individual's nutrition.

My session consists of a warm up of dynamic stretching to prepare the individual for the workout. I incorporate power movements, strength (body weight or with weights) and a cardio at the end of each workout.
I had an online client who lost over 20 lbs in 4 months by following a meal plan I designed and monthly workouts. Her body fat reduced and she was able to wear clothes she hadn't worn in a few years.
