I have been certified and training both PT clients and athletes for six years now. Having worked for multiple box gyms, I felt it was time to branch out and make Avenger Strength & Conditioning its own brand where I can follow my passion. To me health and fitness isn't just a job. When I'm not training I'm reading articles and research papers, watching videos and personally experimenting in the gym to help improve myself as a trainer and a coach. I believe in results-driven training because to me if you're not reaching your goals then I'm not achieving mine. Together through motivation and determination there isn't a goal we can't accomplish!

Each training session will start with a proper warm-up from SMR, dynamic stretching and getting the heart rate going. We then go into our main exercises followed by accessory work and a "finisher." Each session can last anywhere between 45 minutes to more than an hour. I don't sell workouts, but the results, so I can't always say each session is an hour.
