To work hard and safe, 5-7 minute cardio warm up and then based on clients goals the workout will be tailored to their physical abilities.

We did circuit training with Mario. There were three of us in the group. We used bands, jump rope and bodyweight. Mario was good but we did the same thing all the time. If you're looking for someone to really motivate you by verbal encouragement then Mario isn't your guy. He is basically helpful in choosing what workout will be done at each session.
