Hi, my name is Maelan. I am a 27-year-old fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, health coach, and I am an extremely passionate advocate for wellness. I have a bachelors degree in exercise science, and just finished up my ISSA personal training certification. I am a Les Mills certified fitness instructor, and I love running. I created my own training program for my first half-marathon race back in May of 2016. I love being an inspiration for fitness, and motivator for those wanting to lose weight, and be fit. I want to change the lives of many, and leave a positive impact on this world.

I trained my 63-year old father for 6-months who has chronic back issues, helped him lose 13 lbs of fat, and mobilize his back. He gained his strength back, and went on to accomplish a 400 lb back squat. It was pretty amazing. I was inspired by his drive to get to where he wanted to be, physically.

Maelan is my inspiration and drill sergeant wrapped into one. Due primarily to her drive, determination, and confidence in me, I was able to lose 45 pounds in twelve months, and more importantly, keep it off.
I am in better shape now than when I was in my 30s--I'm 63. I'm bench pressing 230 for reps, and squatting 405 for reps. I can run on a treadmill or stair master for as long as it's plugged in. Did I mention I'm 63?😊 Thank you Maelan!!!!
