Hello! My name is Lucas and I have been a personal trainer for many years, mainly with aquatics. I was a swimmer for more than eight years and still swim to keep in shape. I now cross train most of my clients because I feel to be in the best shape possible, the body needs land and water experience. All my clients have had great success with my programs and continue doing them to this day! I make sure all my clients achieve their initial goal and if they feel they are having a tough time, I assess the problem right then and there and adapt the training to it so we keep the momentum going! I am very enthusiastic and full of energy and keep workouts fresh and interesting. I also love to act and have two degrees in the field, which means more entertainment for you! Woo!

My program centers on pliability, flexibility and high intense interval training (HIIT). You will be training with a lot of resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine and stability balls. Your training will be about lengthening muscles, reducing tension and aggravation on tendons and joints and increasing speed, mobility and power.
I had a overweight client who had a hard time getting to the gym, eating right and most importantly, feeling confident about herself. She was very hesitant to start personal training (as most of us are) because she feared she could not keep up with me and would embarrass herself. Once she realized the workout was meant just for her and she could do everything I asked, her confidence was already better from day one! As we moved forward, I kept having her email me her daily nutrition and guiding her on the right path (because you need to watch the nutrition since personal trainers are not with you every second of the day) as best as I could. She took baby steps but eventually she found a program and diet that worked for her. This coupled with three day cross-training led to fast weight-loss results, increased endurance, stronger mental focus and safe training.
