Time To Work Fitness & Performance doesn't just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don't focus on just weights; we know you don't want to get bulky. We marry the two into a 60 percent cardio and 40 percent strength split. This allows us to help you lose weight and tone up. Not only that, the workout structure changes everyday from circuit training, to CrossFit style training, to Tabata, to obstacle training. This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! Also, when it comes to boot camp, you don't have to be a superstar everyday, you can go at your own pace, and you can continually improve with our program.
