A session will included a workout combined with a meal plan catered to your individual level which is designed to hit your goals in the shortest most realistic period of time. If your goal is weight loss or bodybuilding my main focus will be on what you do outside of our sessions as this plays a bigger role on your success than our workouts. I focus on 45 minute training sessions.
