I have been training clients since 2008, co-founded CrossFit City Limits in 2012, founded WODatHome.com in 2012, and Founded MovementLink.Fit in 2020. Helping people improve their lives is my passion and my career.

What to Expect

My sessions are custom to the clients goals. I like clients to start with a general dynamic warm-up designed to develop functional ranges of motion. From there, it's client to client, but we'll move into a more specific warm-up for that client's training. I train people with all sorts of goals and fitness levels, so the core of the workouts are specifically designed for the individual. After the workout, we will cool-down with some more quality movements and some mobility work to target the clients specific needs. Each person has different goals, so the sessions are customized to get the most out of each hour.
