I am a seasoned and talented personal trainer and professional fitness blogger that holds a:National Strength and Performance Association (NSPA) Certification of Personal Training (CPT), National Strength and Performance Association Conditioning Specialist Certification (CCS), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer Certification, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Weight Loss Specialist certification. In addition to my extensive fitness and clinical experience, I was a martial arts practitioner for more than 20 years and have trained under some of the world's best winning numerous national titles. My life's passion is to help others become fit and healthy as a means of truly living life to the fullest. National Academy of Sports Medicine
A typical sessions consists of three sections. (1) A 10 minute warm-up (2) 30-40 minutes of HIIT or Strength Training (3) 10 minutes of cool down and stretching followed by Q & A to address questions that might arise in a program.
