Hello, I am new in this area as I was transferred concerning my fiance's job with the airlines. I left a rewarding position as an exercise physiologist with a four star retirement community. I was a contractor with Virginia Health and rehab, Inc for 15 years, and they were family. I also was a dancer and bodybuilder for 5 years, and have extensive experience with people of all ages whether its just overall conditioning,and work on good nutritional lifestyles. Because your not only training to live but change your habits so you CAN live!!!
