I became a wellness coach first and then a fitness trainer to first help myself. I was injured and have physical disabilities and found that with proper training one can have an amazing life no matter the disability. This is why I have been helping people lose weight and build strong bodies for years now so they to can feel amazing and have energy to do things they thought were not possible anymore. My passion is to help teach as many people as I can to lead a healthy active lifestyle.

The first thing we do is meet and learn about each other such as what are your goals and wants. We then do a full body scan and analysis so that i can put you on a perfect nutrition and fitness plan according to what your specific body needs are. We will check your status very often and change your plan accordingly so that you achieve results that last! As your trainer I am always here for you and I do not succeed unless you do!
One client I like to share about is now a good friend. His name is Jonas and I will tell you that he is in the best shape of his life and now working jobs he never could get hired for because he could not get through the physicals. He now does at least 4 classes a week at my club and is living a great healthy active lifestyle!
