The first thing that you'll notice when you start a new exercise program is that you feel better. This is especially true if you are not currently involved in much physical activity. This begins to happen immediately, the very first week! I'll develop workouts and fitness programs for you based around your specific goals (weight Loss, toning, sports performance), and also help you focus on your nutrition every step of the way. If you follow my plan, you can expect real results within 3-6 weeks. I'd love to tell you that it only takes 1 or 2 weeks to get results, but that's not realistic. You have to put in the work first, and I'll show you how to do that. You didn't get into your current condition overnight, and you won't get out of it overnight either. That's just the honest truth.
Within only a couple of weeks, there was not only a drastic difference in how I felt, but I could literally see the tone in my arms and legs that I'd been told "tall girls like me don't get toned". Ken completely dispelled the myth that we are "cursed" with a specific body characteristic that can't be changed. I was certain I would have "thick thighs" forever and after 6 weeks with Ken I lost inches in them and gained muscle tone. I have since sent several "non gym" types to Ken who are hooked!
