I've been personal training for more than 20 years now and have been in the fitness field for more than 30 years. I've trained the very young to the elderly. I've trained the grass root athlete to the professional athlete. I am able to train with any modality and always have great results. I keep my session very low key and have fun with what we are doing. At the same time we are working very hard to achieve the client's goals.

Expect great cardio with some stretching followed by a good weight training session ending with more cardio.
