There are so many to share but the one that comes to mind is of a young martial artist who tore her ACL. Naturally she was devastated that her career as a fighter was over and I had to restore confidence as well as build strength. It was a long year but she fully recovered and even got into Crossfit. Seeing her do box jumps almost was so amazing and from that moment I wanted to help more people.

Kaylla is an AWESOME trainer! I first took her Aerial fitness class. The class could be a little confusing when it comes to figuring out the fabric but she made it easier to understand by walking us through every move with very clear instructions. I've also taken her bootcamps... and these are a must take! She is great at motivating us and pushing us while understanding our limits and fitness levels. I love that she switches up the classes week-to-week, keeping things fresh and challenging. Kaylla definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. Whether it's checking in on us after class, answering our never ending questions, or sharing videos about stretching, nutrition and exercises, she definitely demonstrates her commitment to helping and empowering people reach their fitness goals. I would recommend her to anyone that may have just started working out to those who are more experienced.

I had not worked out in a while but Kaylla made it easy to get back into the swing of things. She is very patient, supportive, and encouraging. She gave me advice on how to protect my joints and avoid injury as well as emailed me my entire workout so I could do the routine at home. I have only had one session with her so far, but I believe with her guidance I'll be able to achieve my fitness goals.

She was the 1st trainer I found that actually has knowledge in training people with disabilities. You see I have dipelgic cerebral palsy in my legs.
Kaylla was able to create a low-impact routine to improve my spasticity and tight muscles and ligaments. I'm so pleased with my results, and I can do the exercises at home! Kaylla provided a judge- free training environment and was very personable and sweet.
I feel Some trainers just want to run u through the motions and collect a pay check,but kaylla's aim is to help u commit to fitness for life. She challenges u everyday to put forth your very best effort. I highly recommend her services .
