I was born in Austin and raised in West Texas. I returned in 2009 to pursue my passion for softball and completed my BS in Kinesiology as well as my softball career at Concordia University Austin. I strongly believe in overall happiness, mentally and physically. Rome wasn't built in a day and habits aren't created over night. Creating good healthy habits takes a little dedicated time and hard work. I'm here to help with a life change, not just a quick fix. I am a born Austinite, certified in personal training and nutrition with a BS degree in kinesiology. Being a former athlete, I possess a huge passion for overall wellness. My goal is to help people move more efficiently, prevent injury, improve their balance and flexibility, build strength, and improve their overall quality of life. I am all about quality over quantity and teaching lifelong change.
A good solid hour of hard work, fun, and focused training.
My very first story is actually my partner! At the beginning of the year she was lovely enough to be my first "client." I ran her through the program in which I swear by and she has proven to show great results! She is 5 feet 10 inches and weighed 130 lbs. Her goal was to gain strength and muscle. Today she is a happy 155 lbs and stronger than she has ever been. " I'm stronger now than in my collegiate basketball years. I'd be a much more successful post today!"
