Depending on clients goals I chose a proper workout session to make sure client gets what his/her goal is. Typically I start with 10 minute warm up; either weight training, drills or both; then do a proper stretch to prevent injury and losen up the muscle tissues.
My previous client was 5 feet 2 inches and 210 lbs. He asked me if it was possible to lose 40 lbs and I made sure he did. With the correct diet I and proper workout plan, after six months he was 164 lbs.
