You can expect to be pushed a little further towards your goals. Whether you're focused on losing weight, increasing strength, or improving your overall health, the training session will be customized to you. The session will challenge you and if we've both done our job, you will walk away feeling accomplished! Nutrition, a key component in healthy living, will of course be sprinkled in to each session.
After ankle surgery, a 70-year-old female client began walking and lifting weights to improve her health. She worked her way up running multiple times a week and strength training three to five days per week. After losing roughly 20 pounds, her cholesterol was lower and she was taken off some of her blood pressure medicine. To top it off, she constantly bragged about how good she felt and how much energy she had throughout the day!
