I have been involved with sports and fitness throughout my life. I was a competitive swimmer and have organized and run group fitness programs in several gyms. I am currently a NASM certified personal trainer and NASM certified senior fitness specialist and I have been a certified Tae Bo instructor. I am passionate about continued activity as we age and the ability to maintain strength. It is my mission to help achieve improved health and vitality, regardless of age and current fitness levels. My goal is to assist others to get moving, stay moving and to live a longer, healthier, happier life.
