John has created a specific workout to correct that posture by focusing on the muscles that hold those body parts in correct position. What to Expect

A 30 minute to one-hour session with a certified trainer who will actualy listen to your needs and can visually assess you body's needs and apply years of knowledge to create a fulfilling workout. Session Structure: 5 minute warmup 30-45 minutes of resistance training using weights, machines, resistance bands and body weight plyometrics focusing on the client's trouble areas, various body parts and core intermittent cardiovascular from spin bikes, treadmill, sprints, etc. 5-10 minutes stretching and cool-down Laughter mixed with tears!
