About Me

Hi, my name is Jill. I offer Pilates as well as health coaching classes and my services are developed to work around your busy schedule. I offer on-site services as well as beach/lakefront Pilates, privates, duos and small group settings at your location. My sessions help with the overall toning of the body, strengthening of the core, and lengthening your overall body. With the unique atmosphere and highly trained instructor I ensure you easy accessibility, personalized attention and a workout that caters to your specific requests. I am committed to helping you reach your fitness goals in every stage of life. I offer Pilates prenatal and postnatal programs, rehabilitation, senior fitness, increased athletic performance and nutritional coaching. Unlike other workouts, Pilates On The Go leaves you feeling refreshed and energized at the end of your session. My goal is to teach clients about movement of the body, balance, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility so they walk away feeling their best!

What to Expect

MODERN MAT:
This dynamic class combines the best of both Pilates and challenging thigh,glute,ab exercises. Included are props for toning and resistance exercises for the whole body to sculpt long, lean muscles.

POWER MAT:
A fast paced, intense workout fusing Pilates mat work and total body sculpting. This is designed to challenge even the most fit person.

POWER MAT BURN:
Our most intense cardio mat class. This is our Power Mat class kicked up a notch with interval cardio training. This isn't for beginners!

Client Success Story

I worked with a new mom who was looking to get in shape after her baby was born. We met twice a wk for six months for private mat classes in her home or outside at a nearby park. And the progress was amazing to see how her body transformed into even better shape than before she was pregnant. It was great to see her become more confident and really learned to love her body. She is now pregnant again and continues to practice Pilates with me. Which is great because this will make for an easier labor delivery.
