Jenna received the honor of outstanding student in Exercise Science for her dedication to research and superior academic performance at SUNY Cortland. Since then Jenna has worked in several physical therapy clinics in order to increase her knowledge of exercise as it relates to injury prevention. Jenna competed as a USAG Level 9 Gymnast in New York State, and has been coaching gymnastics for several years. Jenna has been Personal Training for the past four years. Her love for science, health, and fitness motivated her to share her passion with others. Jenna is the type of trainer who jumps through the roof when clients make progress. Jenna’s unique and optimistic approach to life has encouraged people from all walks of life to be physically active. When Jenna is not training she is driving around in her car listening to loud music and dancing!

Energetic and inspiring. I've trained with Jenna at her group classes with GymFyt and one on one at traditional gyms, various parks and playgrounds. The energy she brings to working out is contagious. At GymFyt the class was led through stretches specific for the muscle groups we would be focusing on. Then came circuit training with exercises based around improving gymnastics skills. Her gymnastics and personal training background was crutial to helping me learn the skills and workouts without injuring myself. In the one on one lessons, Jenna worked with me to identify the goals I was trying to meet. Then built a customized workout with focus on cardio, calisthenics and weightlifting for strength and endurance. I've lost weight and gained strength , while moving through the program Jenna has laid out. I won't be seaching for a new personal trainer anytime soon
