I have been working in the fitness industry for approximately 25 years. My first introduction to fitness occurred while I was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. There, I learned the value of good physical health. Since then, I developed a passion for better health and wellness. Thus, I love to be fit, strong and healthy. That newfound interest has compelled me to study more on the subjects of exercise science and nutrition, and ultimately driven me to become a competitive bodybuilder. I currently train six days per week. I have entered several bodybuilding competitions and have placed as high as fifth to first places. I have competed nationally as well as internationally. As a result, I have won many titles and collected several bodybuilding awards.
I love helping young people as well as older adults achieve great physical shape. I use a tri-wellness approach in all my clients' programs. That is, I incorporate strength training, cardiovascular fitness and optimal nutrition to enable them to reach their goals faster. I specialize in sport conditioning, post-rehab conditioning, weight loss, body shaping and boot camp. I honestly believe that our health is our first wealth. We must take all necessary measures to keep it well.
