Hi, my name is Jason. I'm your mild mannered trainer, not the screaming drill sergeant type. I've been training seriously in one way or another since the early 90's. I began my journey with serious training in Muay Thai for about a decade which involved traveling to Thailand for instruction. As I transitioned out of Muay Thai I found my true love in Kettlebells, mobility and flexibility. Kettlebells are my choice for strength and conditioning and resistance stretching for movement, mobility and flexibility.
A typical session with me would entail a well rounded physical experience including mobility, flexibility, strength work and conditioning.
A sixteen year old high school wrestler began training with me in the off season. He wanted to get stronger, gain endurance and put on some size before next season. Within three months I taught him about mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance. The day he walked in my door he could barely overhead press an eighteen pound Kettlebell and by the time team practice began three months later he was overhead pressing a fifty three pound Kettlebell. All the coaches took notice of his increased strength, quickness and endurance. I subsequently ended up training several other wrestlers on his team in the next off season.
