My name is Jakub, I am an NASM certified Personal trainer and TRX Suspension training certified. Before I decided to help others with their fitness goals I played professional baseball for Cincinnati Reds organization.

What to Expect
I listen to my clients and I focus on their goals. I believe in combination of functional-mobility exercising and strength training.
I make progressions or regression in exercises with my clients so we make sure they are progressing forward.
There is not much time for talking during my session because I am all about the results.
