I am a fitness and Pilates trainer and yoga therapist. I have been teaching fitness, Pilates and yoga group classes for more than 30 years in Austin and the Dallas area. I also do private sessions at my house studio or at client' s homes. I love helping people to transform in what they can and want to become. We all have the potential, just creating the mindset for it and guiding them with tools and exercise repertoire that is flexible to tend to their needs and goals. AFAA several specialties, NASM several specialties, ACE group, AEA group, Cooper Clinic Fitness Specialist, Sundara Yoga Integrative Therapy, developmental Gymnastics, Senior Fitness, Polestar Pilates, Zumba Fitness, Reebok Cycling, a lot of partner dances training. I am also more than willing to travel to clients location for a raise of $15 to my normal rate!
