Hi, my name is Gene. Fitness has had a positive impact in my life since childhood and I consistently aim to share this positivity with those seeking a healthier lifestyle. My experience began in karate which lead to mixed martial arts training until I joined team sports like football. My personal training career began five years ago after my self-transformation. I became a certified personal trainer via NASM over two years ago. Since then, I have also become a fitness nutrition specialist. I believe we can all improve our health and lifestyles with fitness and nutrition.

Each of my clients is provided a customized routine that is best suited for their health and fitness goals. All sessions include stretches, warm-up and cool-down exercises to enhance a safe workout. In between the warm-up and cool-down periods, routines consist of resistance and interval training, according to the personalized needs and ambitions of the client.
My attached photos include two client success stories. John, who is 54 years old and lives with diabetes, came to me with the goal of reducing sugar and fat levels, while gaining muscle mass. Consistent workouts with me as his trainer and healthy meals led him to achieving his goal, along with forming abs for the first time in his life. Proud of his results, he referred Ethel to me, whose goal is to lose weight and form definition. Three months of training led her to the loss of 25 pounds.
