I like to travel to my clients so that that it will be more convenient for you and will hold you and I more accountable. I have worked in a gym setting before, but find that they only cares about number, which is something with which I do not agree. I also have been training youth and adolescents for almost eight years now.

What to Expect
Typical session will include foam rolling, warm-up, stretch, focused training and a cool down. All the while, I will explain the science of the exercises. The first 15 to 20 minutes will consist of the first three steps. The fourth step (focus training) will last for 20 to 30 minutes. And the cool down will complete the remaining time of the session.

I've been working out with Festus for over a year and it's been great! I really like that every workout is different. He loves to change it up and it's never boring. I never know what he's going to do or which of his "tools" or "toys" he's going to pull out of his trainer hat. I officially hate ab rollers and I threaten to throw it away all the time. :) He's great at modifying things if something is painful or too hard. I also love that I can see changes happening and I can feel my clothes getting a little baggier. Yay!! I highly recommend him for any personal training that you need.
Festus has flexible scheduling and great pricing. He is knowledgeable about diet and exercise, and he even helped me with an injury I sustained outside of training. He's friendly and funny, and our training sessions are always a good time. I have been training with him for 3 months now and I see results! I'm stronger and leaner, and I feel better.
