We can workout in your basement, living room, outside or I will come to your place of business fitness facility or we can meet at my private training facility in Columbia. I have a master of science degree in exercise science and have completed six IronMan length triathlons and 11 and a half IronMan triathlons. What to Expect
A typical session is determined by the goals of the client. A typical strength training session involves 10 minutes of warm-up followed by specialized strength tasks critical to activating the desired muscle groups. Music, CNN or whatever the client prefers may be playing in the background. I have a sense of humor and very upbeat attitude and will make the session enjoyable and fun. Exercise should be fun and enjoyable!
