Hello my name is Donny and I have a passion for people. I train, not for the money, but because I know how fitness saved my life and I want to give that same feeling to other people. I'm originally from Louisiana and I've been live in Washington for almost 3 years. I'm a former college athlete and motivational speaker. I believe that if you live life with a giving heart, you'll always receive more than you give.

What to Expect

A typical session with me would include a 5-10 minute warm up, our scheduled session exercises, and then a cool down. It's important for us to really get to know each other so I spend a few minutes trying to get to know you on a deeper level by explaining my story to you in hopes that you'd open up as well because trust is an important part of this process.

Client Success Story

My favorite client story is one of a young man in middle school that I trained. He came to me with low self confidence and self worth. He wanted to lose weight and be more confident and of course get a certain girl to notice him. We began training and it was tough because his confidence was so broken at his young age but with consistency and trust he lost over 20 pounds, gained confidence, and got the girl.
