Hi, my name is Don. I have been in fitness routines off and on for over 20 years and always wanted to become a trainer to help those who want to make a lifestyle change. Most people want to live a healthier lifestyle but don't know where to start. I had my own battles with weight control while balancing a busy lifestyle being a father of 3 young children. I enjoy fitness and being around people so it was time to make that long time goal of being a personal trainer come to life. By doing this, I can help others, and of course my family, live longer and have a better quality of life. There will always be detours in life but we control whether they become dead ends.
