Don is an excellent trainer. He gives you the genuine understanding of fitness and nutrition to get you looking like the people on the magazines. He makes sure you do not exceed your limits but pushes you beyond your capacity. He methods of training will get you to your goal without getting injuries. Don is the only trainer I use.

I know Don from Club Fit of Cooper City, where he privately trained clients. I watched over the years the amazing transformation in not just one but all of his clients... If I had to rate him out of all the trainers in my gym I would say he was one of the best!!! I would highly recommend Don to anyone looking for a personal trainer with the ability to train with professionalism!!!! Don didn't personally train me but every once in a while in between his clients he would come over and help me train especially if he noticed that my form was wrong!!!! Don is a very kind, giving and compassionate person with a big heart!!!

Don is a fantastic trainer with many years of experience. I came to Florida from Canada and was intruded to Don. He helped me tranform my body and worked around my injuries that I had from years ago. He is patient but knows the right exercises based on my needs. I would recommend Don to any person looking for a solid trainer.
