Providing personalized fitness solutions is my passion. From the soccer moms and desk jockeys to the grandparents wanting to lift up their grand babies without straining their backs, I help people get moving in a healthy and safe manner. My customized training programs align with your medical needs and are based on the MES certification from American Academy of Health, Fitness & Rehabilitation Professionals (AAHFRP). While each training session is unique to the individual, there are four core segments to each session: Dynamic Stretching – Your trainer will guide you through a series of light cardio and stretching routines to warm up the body and prepare you for exercise. Weight Training – We use resistance training to build strong muscles and stimulate your metabolic system. Core Conditioning Training – Improve posture and stability muscles in your stomach and back by working through a variety of exercises. Passive Stretching – Relax and cool down as your trainer guides you through a stretching routing to relax the body after your workout.

I had a lot of joint pain, and was mostly walking for exercise, which didn't give a very good cardio workout and caused more strain on my knees and feet.
