I am an avid cyclist, triathlete and lifelong swimmer. As your personal trainer, I will help you set achievable goals and identify a workout routine suited to your busy schedule and active lifestyle. Whether you are preparing for an athletic event, beach vacation, class reunion or just want to live a more fit and healthy life, I can put together a fitness and nutritional program that will allow you to attain your goals. I am serious about being physically fit. As a cancer survivor, I know first hand that being in optimal health increases the odds of remaining cancer free and fighting many other diseases.

What to Expect
We start every class with a warm up and then move into the workout, which will always be different. We will work on strength, balance, core and cardio fitness. Then we will end with stretching.
