Hello! I am David, Owner and CEO of Trill Theory Fitness. I am a graduate of Troy University with a BS of Science in sport and fitness management with a minor in business. I've been active in sports or some kind of physical activity since the age of 4. I have recently written and published a book, Hyyer Livin: A Contemporary Composition of Philosophy and Health, available on Amazon (paperback soon to come). I have taken all of the knowledge I've accumulated over the years (and continual learning of the field and it's intricacies) to form this personal training company which includes: - strength training (super setting or circuit training) - meal planning - yoga - stretch therapy (part-time @ Massage Envy)
Clients can expect workouts that are effective and necessary (weights and free weights) for the target area of that session as well as cardio and ab work, which is done every session, no matter what! The results my clients want and GET far outweigh the temporary pain of the sessions .
