Hi, my name is Cyrena. I am a certified personal trainer and health wellness coach. I assist people to reach their health and fitness goals by incorporating individualized exercise plans, nutrition and meditation. I take a holistic approach and emphasize the importance of achieving physical, mental and emotional well-being. We live in a stressful world and my clients appreciate my stress management techniques in addition to our personal training sessions. My clients look forward to the workouts because they are not only productive, but very enjoyable as well. My clients feel good about themselves and the sessions set a trend for a wonderful rest of the day and/or week.

My personal training sessions begin with some cardio exercises and then transition to strength training for various muscle groups. I often incorporate a mix of fun exercises including sometimes creating an obstacle course for the client. It is a good mix of many diverse exercises focusing on helping the client become stronger and more confident in mind, body and soul. We wind up the sessions with stretching and meditation.
I also have been able to coach and help individuals with disabilities including Parkinson’s Disease. I am certified in Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery and Rock Steady Boxing. I am an ACE certified personal trainer as well as have a certification in fitness nutrition.
