I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in nutrition and weight loss, core training, strength training, and cardiovascular training and conditioning to help you meet any goal. It is very difficult to do it alone. Let me help! If you are serious and ready, I will make sure we get you results and on your way to the lifestyle you want. I'm available to meet you at your home, apartment, hotel, or office gym. If you don't have any equipment, that's okay, too. I've got that covered as I can bring everything we will need. I love to train outdoors so if you have a place in mind we could make that work too. I am also available to train at any YMCA if you are a member. Each personal training session is developed specifically for you based on your fitness level and goals, so exact formats vary. However, during a typical 55-minute session, you should expect a 5-10 minute warm-up, 30-40 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning and total body strength training, and a 5-10 minute cool-down period. If you have a few friends who would be interested in a boot camp type workout, I can facilitate that also at a local park.
