About Me

Hi, my name is Cody. I consider myself to be a positive and up beat person. I am very motivated and dedicated when it comes to health and fitness, strength training at the gym, or sparring and conditioning with my team mates. I'm always a motivator, constantly pushing myself and my friends to improve and become stronger. When I was in the Marine Corp I trained the marines assigned to my gun team. I have competed in MMA and trained in Muay Thai. I helped teach woman's cardio and kick boxing classes at Combat Zone in Sterling, IL. I have also helped individuals train for their upcoming Muay Thai fights. I am passionate about the fitness industry and am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals. I approach my work with a high level of commitment, empathy, reliability, and determination.

What to Expect

The first session we will concentrate on setting your goals and assessing your ability levels. Next, we will develop a fitness program based on those goals and abilities. Once there is a fitness program in place it is important to learn correct technique. Each session we will focus on getting the most out of our time together. I will push and motivate you to achieve more than you accomplished during our last session and together we will achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

Client Success Story

A guy, at the kick boxing gym I trained at, explained to me that he had a competition coming up and needed help training. His goal was to improve his cardio endurance to make sure he could last all 3 rounds of the fight and to get down to his target fighting weight. The next 8 weeks we focused his cardio, sparring 3-4 times a week doing 3 five minute rounds, as well as supplementing in 30-45 minute inclined running (treadmill or outside using natural hills). We also made sure his diet was documented and strictly followed. By the completion of the 8 week training program his cardio endurance had increased significantly and he had reached his target weight.
