What to Expect
Clients can expect a focused approach on what they can achieve. I don't believe in pushing someone aggressively for the sake of profits, our bodies are designed to achieve the same things but in a de-conditioned state clients can become injured and lose interest . One can achieve their goals systemically through NASM's Opt model. I have learned that training is a lifestyle that if embraced can affect various areas of your life. Whether stress or anxiety, depression or the feeling of unaccomplished goals please know that you can do whatever you put your mind to. Change is inevitable and you always will play a role in your success.

Two years ago I worked with a young man whose de-conditioned state left him with little to no mobility. He never weight trained nor understood the importance of nutrition. He admitted he was never athletic or had motivation to get his self into shape, and often felt embarrassed going into gyms that featured in his own mind " perfectly toned" people. I got him to slowly start to move and as he gained more flexibility then progressed him to weights and eventually to a boxing working. He lost 100 lbs off his 325 lb frame and has successfully kept the weight off. We often talked about conscious decisions when it came to eating and also the importance of being active.

I would like to share my personal experience that I had while training with Cleveland. He walked me through everything that we were going to be doing. He asked me about my problem areas and suggested different types of workout that we could do that would help my problem areas. He helped push me to reach my goals and left me feeling confidant that I could push my self to great limits when it comes to working out. All in all I would say that he is the best at what he does and I felt really great with every workout.
Cleve is a very knowledgeable trainer. Flexible teaching and instruction style. Patient with trainees and always willing to show new techniques and methods. He made sure the sessions were accustomed to my own fitness levels giving me time to adapt but at the same time challenging enough to give a good workout. A lot of variety in the workouts, keeping things fresh. Willing to listen to trainees input and custom workouts accordingly. Each session varies according to my needs and how I was feeling on the day, a lot more flexible than most trainers I've worked with. I am still currently working with Cleve at the moment and well on my way to achieving my goals but I've noticed improvements in overall fitness levels. Again each session was different from the previous session so I enjoyed the variety. I would highly recommend Cleve as a trainer as he's very punctual to his sessions and goes out of his way to help his clients reach their respective goals. A very down to earth individual also.

I've never thought it was worth the time or money to have a personal trainer, until I met Cleveland. Cleveland has been my inspiration from day one. He set goals for me, as well as helped me with a meal plan. He is always available to talk even after hours. I remember the time I went away on vacation, and I needed a workout plan for a few days, he immediately put together a plan and made sure I knew how to execute the plan. I started seeing results in my first two weeks training with Cleveland (my husband too :-)). What makes Cleveland one of the best is that he sincerely cares about his clients and what their long term or short term goals are. The time I spend with Cleveland in the gym is so worth my time and money. I am forever grateful.
Cleveland was very thorough and professional. He pushed me to my max always keeping my health in mind. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends. It's a shame he moved, otherwise I might still be working with him.
Excellent experience. I trained with Cleveland for 2 months and it was great. I wanted to loose a few lbs and get toned up for my trip to Mexico. The trainers at my gym sucked and they all seem to be training the same way. I wanted to do something different. He pushes you to your limit but he's right there along side you. I never knew boxing and throwing consecutive punches for 3 minutes could raise your heart rate so high. Each workout felt great and I actually slept better after the workouts. The days I didn't feel like coming was the days he motivated me to get there on time. And that's what I needed. I would still be using him if I still lived in the area. If you want someone who will take it easy on you then find another trainer he may not be for you. Nothing comes easy. Good luck!
Clev has an Inviting personality and really concentrates on ur individual needs. Helped me reach my fitness goals with a professional approach to my workouts. He mixed various exercises into my regimen to keep me on my toes. Great trainer and now friend. If you're looking for a trainer who has experience and is not intimidating, then Clev is your man!
