As an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, specialist in fitness nutrition, Yoga instructor and licensed Zumba and Pound instructor. I can help you set realistic goals and transform your health and your life for the better. I can help you look and feel your best. I can also help you enjoy yourself along the way. ​I specialize in working with women who want to lose weight, reduce their waist line, and obtain flattened tummy. As a mom, I know how difficult it is to recover after delivery, and how frustrating it is to follow diets and an exercise routine without results. My classes are custom made for each client, with cardio (like Zumba, Dance, Step, Kickboxing, Aerobics) strength building exercises, flexibility and balance, we usually cool-down utilizing Yoga poses and deep stretch of the muscles used during the session. To obtain your dream body, you will need more than just a diet and routine. It requires compromise, effort, dedication and a change of your life style. However the benefits will be countless! You will experience a boost on your energy level, an increase on your metabolism that will lead you to a better night of sleep with less stress and more productivity. Your physical and mental health will improve reaching an overall sensation of wellness. Eating healthily and maintaining a workout schedule will be a huge challenge, but I will be your trainer and coach, guiding and supporting you in the process. Dare to try something different. What to Expect
