A client can expect a consistent routine in each session, however, not one workout will ever be the same. It will consistently change in order to keep the body guessing. We will mostly start off with a warm up or some dynamic stretching for about six to 10 minutes. just to keep the blood flow going. Some days will consist of higher intensity workouts, other will consist of strength and endurance workouts. In between those there will be other variations of a workout, For example, cardio and core, flexibility and toning, etc. Again this is all dependent on the client.
