Hey thanks for checking out my profile. I started training in the 80's. My career began training soldiers in the U.S. Army and then I moved on to training athletes after I exited the service. For the last several years my primary focus has been on the general public with goals ranging from weight loss to improved athletic performance.

For my (typical) clients there is no typical training session. I believe in keeping things fresh and utilizing as many different movements and training modalities that fit your goals and abilities. Unless of course you are training to enter a dead lift competition, or a specific sport or event, in which case there would be more movement repetition and . I really try to keep things fun and unique.
One of my favorite stories is from a current client. It's a simple story. She came to me pretty de-conditioned, unable to perform a squat without serious pain. After a couple sessions in and some form corrections, she screeched one day so loud it scared me. It was simply because she was able to do a full (unassisted) squat. She was so excited. Something most people take for granted, she was finally able to do without pain. I remind people, never take being able to move pain free for granted.
