About Me

I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have been training clients for about eight years. I started out my fitness journey with my own struggles and lost more than 50 lbs so I know what it feels like to be unhappy with your body. My favorite forms of exercise are kettlebells, HIIT, cardio, yoga, and plyometrics. I find that the right mix of cardio and muscle building is most efficient for fat burning, and not only looking in shape but being a fitter healthier you. Through my system of guided nutrition and workouts you will reach your goals in no time. I became a trainer because I wanted to help people to achieve their fitness goals just like I have and what sets me apart from the rest is that I really care about you and your results. I myself stay fit by competing in fitness competitions and am always attending seminars and earning certifications to obtain the most up to date and important fitness knowledge. I believe that fitness can be fun, and I am here to help you build life long habits to keep you healthy and fit.

What to Expect

First let me say that training sessions with me are FUN. I never want you to feel like you're working so hard that you hate your program. I have found that you can have fun while exercising. Training sessions with me usually include a warmup, then into intervals and metabolic conditioning. This includes cardio and weights used in an effective and efficient manner to help burn fat fast and build lean muscle. This helps you reach your goal faster and science has shown these methods to work. At the end of the session we always take 10 minutes to stretch. It is extremely important to stretch your muscles at the end of each session to help heal.
