A client can expect a 1 hour training session that pushes them, makes them feel accomplished, but also allows them to enjoy their everyday life.

I have help a person lose 200lbs in one year with all of her numbers getting better and being monitored by a doctor. That was obviously a huge success, but in addition to that I had an older lady come to train with me who needed to have a cane to walk and a wheelchair to go further than 400 yards. I was able to get her to walk without a cane within 2 months and to this day, 3 years later, she still does not need a cane, EVER.
