Hi, my name is Brianne and I'm 29-years-old. I started my fitness journey six years ago. At the time I wasn't thrilled with the way I looked and decided to get into health and fitness. After a couple of months of regularly working out and changing my diet I really started seeing my results. It was then that I decided I wanted to help other individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. I signed up for a personal training course and became certified three months later. Since then I've made it my mission to help individuals achieve the body they've always wanted.

A typical training session with me usually includes some sort of cardio whether it be slow paced or some plyometics followed by strength training in the form of circuits.
I started training my 19 year old cousin over the course of the summer while she was home from college. I taught her how to cook simple meals as well as what foods she should be eating. We trained two times a week, of which each session consisted of a combination of circuit training and plyometrics. She was able to lose 13 pounds over the course of two months.
