Us working together doesn't stop when we depart our training session, I am always available for nutrition questions [my friend is a registered dietician/nutritionist in New York and has consulted clients of mine in the past], work outs when traveling, etc. •A Trainer Who Makes Exercise Fun: I make exercise fun because if you're not enjoying your training, you'll quit. Which is why I believe outdoor training is the best- you probably spend all day indoors at your job, sitting under fluorescent lights; you don't need your training to be like that too. Experience with all fitness levels: *I will meet you at whatever level you are starting at and we will move forward from there -- anything else would be uncivilized, rude and downright dishonest. Every session is different and where we will start, is based on your fitness level. We will work with a diverse array of equipment to keep things interesting and shock the body [TRX, Kettlebells, BOSU, Battle Ropes] to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.

Client Success Story

My most recent success story was a 79-year-old male who couldn't bend down to pick up his grand kids because of mobility and weight issues. After 45 days with me, his mobility increased to a point where he could perform a full squat and picking up his grand kids with out any issues and he reduced his weight by 24 pounds.
